Strategie isl\u00e1mist\u016f byla jednoduch\u00e1, levn\u00e1 a efektivn\u00ed. Skrze internetov\u00e9 obchody nakupovali za n\u011bkolik tis\u00edc civiln\u00ed drony a quadrocoptery. B\u011bhem jednoho okam\u017eiku napo\u010d\u00edtali na nebi spojenci a\u017e dvan\u00e1ct smrtonosn\u00fdch objekt\u016f. I p\u0159es vzdu\u0161nou nadvl\u00e1du koalice byly jedinou efektivn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed obranou proti bezpilotn\u00edm letoun\u016fm, ru\u010dn\u00ed zbran\u011b.&#13; &#13; P\u0159izp\u016fsobivost nep\u0159\u00edtele p\u0159inutila Ameri\u010dany k rychl\u00e9 technick\u00e9 inovaci a zm\u011bn\u011b v\u00fdzbroje, kter\u00e1 drony dok\u00e1\u017ee eliminovat efektivn\u011b, rychle a hlavn\u011b ti\u0161e. Zat\u00edm se jako nejschopn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed jev\u00ed syst\u00e9m MEHEL 2.0 (Mobile High Energy Laser) instalovan\u00fd na kolov\u00e9m obrn\u011bnci Stryker.&#13; Nov\u00fd model m\u00e1 ov\u0161em vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed v\u00fdkon ne\u017e p\u016fvodn\u00ed 2kW typ. Nyn\u00ed je jeho v\u00fdkon 5kW a spolupracuje s palubn\u00edm radarem a speci\u00e1ln\u00ed optoelektronikou. D\u00edky \u010demu\u017e dok\u00e1\u017ee obsluha syst\u00e9mu ru\u0161it spojen\u00ed mezi dronem a jeho obsluhou, kterou n\u00e1sledn\u011b zam\u011b\u0159\u00ed pro p\u0159\u00edpadn\u00fd odvetn\u00fd \u00fader.&#13; Cel\u00fd syst\u00e9m neemituje \u017e\u00e1dn\u00fd hluk ani sv\u011bteln\u00e9 efekty a obejde se bez munice. Energie pro laserov\u00fd kan\u00f3n tvo\u0159\u00ed gener\u00e1tory spaluj\u00edc\u00ed stejn\u00fd typ paliva jako pohon obrn\u011bnce.&#13; &#13; B\u011bhem posledn\u00edch test\u016f v Nov\u00e9m Mexiku na st\u0159elnici White Sands nebo Floridsk\u00e9 leteck\u00e9 z\u00e1kladn\u011b Eglin a st\u0159edisku Redstone v Alabm\u011b bylo potvrzeno, \u017ee st\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00ed v\u00fdkon Laserov\u00e9ho kan\u00f3nu dok\u00e1\u017ee zlikvidovat v\u0161echny typy dosavadn\u00edch bezpilotn\u00edch letoun\u016f.&#13; Americk\u00e1 arm\u00e1da hodl\u00e1 zaj\u00edt ve v\u00fdvoji mnohem d\u00e1l. Do roku 2022 se p\u0159edpokl\u00e1d\u00e1, \u017ee bude testov\u00e1n laser o v\u00fdkonu 100kW.
