A tak se sna\u017eit p\u0159edch\u00e1zet v\u0161em nemocem a probl\u00e9m\u016fm, kter\u00e9 by v na\u0161em organismu mohly nastat. Proto\u017ee prevence je z\u00e1klad. A pokud budeme dodr\u017eovat prevenci a p\u0159id\u00e1me si k tomu nap\u0159\u00edklad n\u011bjak\u00fd sport. Anebo kon\u00ed\u010dek, co sport obsahuje budeme p\u0159isp\u00edvat k na\u0161emu zdrav\u00ed. Tak\u017ee \u00fa\u010dinky argininu jsou n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00ed. Tak\u017ee asi nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00edm \u00fa\u010dinkem je ji\u017e zm\u00edn\u011bn\u00fd oxid dusnat\u00fd a jeho pr\u016fchodnost krve v tepn\u00e1ch.
